Overview
This is a prompt-only bug report formatting skill with explicit redaction guidance and no code, network, or credential requirements, though users should still redact logs and screenshots before sharing.
This skill appears safe to install as a document-only prompt flow. Use it with already-redacted notes, screenshots, and logs; do not provide passwords, session cookies, API keys, private customer records, or production credentials, and review the final snapshot before attaching it to a ticket.
