Overview
This skill is a straightforward local Python package scaffold, but users should run its script only in a safe project folder with a simple package name.
Before running this skill, use a simple Python package name containing only letters, numbers, and underscores, and run it from the project directory where you want files created. Avoid running it in a directory with important existing src or tests files unless you have a backup.
