This instruction-only planner is purpose-aligned and mainly creates or updates local planning memory files, with no evidence of hidden code, credentials, network access, or destructive behavior.
This appears safe to install for local planning use. Before using it, remember that it is meant to persist task and project context in memory files, so do not record passwords, secrets, or sensitive private details unless you are comfortable storing them there.
