Icinga

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This is a coherent Icinga integration that uses Membrane for authenticated access, with some normal but important caution around broad API permissions.

Install only if you are comfortable connecting Membrane to your Icinga instance. Use a least-privilege Icinga account, prefer discovered Membrane actions over raw proxy requests, and require explicit approval before create, update, delete, acknowledgement, or downtime changes.

Finding
The skill explicitly documents direct proxy requests supporting mutating HTTP methods such as POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE, but does not warn that these operations can modify monitoring configuration, acknowledgements, comments, or downtime state. In an agent setting, this increases the risk of unintended destructive or state-changing actions being taken without explicit user confirmation or safety checks.
