Overview
This Gladly integration is legitimate-looking, but it gives an agent broad authenticated access to customer-service data, including raw write/delete API requests, without clear approval limits.
Install only if you trust Membrane and are comfortable connecting a Gladly account through it. Use a least-privileged Gladly account where possible, review Membrane's data handling, and require explicit user confirmation before creating, updating, deleting, bulk exporting, or workflow-changing requests, especially through the raw proxy command.
