Float

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This appears to be a legitimate Float integration, but it can change or delete business data through Membrane without enough built-in confirmation guidance.

Install only if you intend to let Membrane access your Float workspace. Before any create, update, delete, or proxy request, require the agent to show the exact action, affected records, and input data, then confirm explicitly. Use a limited Float account where possible and revoke the Membrane connection when finished.

Finding
The skill advertises create, update, and delete actions, including 'Delete Person', without any confirmation, authorization, or safety guidance for destructive operations. In an agent setting, this increases the risk that a vague or misinterpreted user request could lead to unintended modification or deletion of business data in Float.
