Gladia Audio Intelligence

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This documentation-only Gladia skill is purpose-aligned, but users should treat audio and transcripts as sensitive data sent to a third-party service.

Install only if you are comfortable using Gladia for the audio you process. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party personal recordings unless you have permission and have checked retention, security, and compliance settings. Treat PII redaction as a downstream reduction step, not a guarantee that raw audio or transcripts were never exposed during processing.

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Confidence
83% confidence
Finding
The skill explicitly promotes PII redaction as a feature but does not warn that raw audio and transcripts may still contain sensitive personal data before redaction is applied or while being transmitted to the provider. This can mislead users into treating the workflow as privacy-safe by default, increasing the risk of exposing regulated or confidential data during upload, processing, logging, or storage.

Missing User Warnings

Medium
Confidence
90% confidence
Finding
This documentation promotes features that process highly sensitive audio and transcript data, including PII redaction, NER, summarization, sentiment analysis, audio-to-LLM, and custom metadata, but does not warn users that raw audio, transcripts, extracted entities, prompts, and attached metadata may themselves contain sensitive or regulated information. In a skill intended to guide real integrations, that omission can lead developers to transmit, store, or reuse sensitive content without appropriate minimization, consent, retention, or access controls.
