This is an instruction-only skill that helps users send artifact hashes and receipt metadata to an external attestation service, with the main risk clearly disclosed as long-term external retention of submitted metadata.
Install this only if you want to use mpps.io as an external attestation service. Send hashes and minimal non-sensitive labels/context only; avoid secrets, customer data, raw prompts, private source text, and hashes of short guessable secrets because submitted receipt metadata is sent to mpps.io and may be retained for years.
