Overview
This is a local OCR skill with a clearly disclosed first-run model download and no evidence of hidden data upload or unsafe execution.
Install this only if you are comfortable installing rapidocr-onnxruntime from PyPI and allowing the first run to download OCR models into a local cache. For controlled environments, pin the dependency version and pre-download models on a trusted network. Manually verify important OCR results such as tax IDs and monetary amounts before relying on them.
