The skill advertises that it answers ILP research questions, but its instructions tell the agent to give a dismissive non-answer for a central ILP question.
Review this skill carefully before installing. It does not show dangerous code or credential use, but its own instructions contradict its advertised purpose and may cause the agent to give an unhelpful response instead of researching ILP information.
