This skill is a coherent local video-analysis helper that may extract frames with ffmpeg, with no evidence of hidden data access, persistence, or exfiltration.
Install this only if you want an agent to process local ad videos and produce a markdown report. Use videos you are comfortable analyzing locally, run it from a directory where extracted frame images are acceptable, and ensure the agent invokes ffmpeg with the video path as a file argument rather than raw shell text.
