Overview
The skill's behavior (fetching 'today in history' events from Wikipedia and formatting them in Chinese) matches its description and requested resources; it is an instruction-only, low-privilege skill with no credentials or installs required.
This skill is coherent and low-risk: it simply queries Wikipedia's public REST API and formats results in Chinese. Before installing, ensure the runtime can make outbound HTTPS requests to en.wikipedia.org/zh.wikipedia.org and that an HTTP client (curl or equivalent) is available. Note the SKILL.md enforces a strict output format and asks the agent not to emit any extra explanatory text; if you need debugging or verbose responses, you may have to adjust the skill. There are no credential requests. Also be aware that Wikipedia content is subject to CC-BY-SA licensing if you reuse or republish results.
