Token Guard is a local quota-tracking helper with no evidence of network access, credential use, destructive behavior, or hidden agent instructions.
Reasonable to install as a local token-estimation and throttling helper. Do not rely on the advertised duplicate detection, response caching, or 429 parser unless those features are added and reviewed, and review automatic fallback behavior before letting important workflows switch models automatically.
