Overview
This is a simple instruction-only skill that helps an agent avoid wasteful rate-limit retries and does not request sensitive access, installs, persistence, or hidden actions.
This skill is reasonable to install if you want your agent to slow down, shrink requests, and avoid repeated large retries after rate limits. Its main effect is behavioral: it may cause the agent to pause, back off, or send smaller API calls instead of continuing immediately.
