This skill is a simple local URL-shortening helper with disclosed local storage and no evidence of hidden network, credential, or destructive behavior.
Install only if you are comfortable with the tool saving shortened URL records locally in your home directory. Avoid storing sensitive private links unless local plaintext storage is acceptable, and note that it does not appear to create hosted public short links.
