This is a local release-readiness auditor that checks skill folders for packaging and safety issues without hidden network access or destructive behavior.
Install if you want a checklist-style local auditor for skills before publishing. Run it only against folders you are comfortable having inspected, and expect it to read candidate skill files and possibly create normal Python bytecode cache files while checking Python scripts.
