This skill is a small instruction-only WHOOP MCP setup guide that discloses its OAuth and wellness-data access.
Install only if you trust the whoop-mcp-unofficial npm package and are comfortable giving an MCP agent access to WHOOP wellness data. Run setup and auth intentionally, review OAuth scopes, keep ~/.whoop-mcp token files private, and prefer summarized results unless raw WHOOP payloads are explicitly needed.
