Rvt To Excel

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill is a straightforward Revit-to-Excel helper, but users should trust the separate exporter tool and be careful with batch output files.

Install only if you trust the separate local RvtExporter.exe you plan to use. Run conversions on specific intended files or folders, check whether matching .xlsx files already exist before batch jobs, and protect generated spreadsheets because they may expose detailed building model data and quantities.

Finding
The skill documents batch conversion and writes outputs using predictable filenames (`.xlsx` next to the source) without warning about overwrite behavior, destination control, or confirmation prompts. In batch workflows this can unintentionally replace existing files, create large numbers of outputs, or write into sensitive/shared directories, causing data loss or operational disruption.
