This skill is a local GitHub Actions workflow audit helper that reads workflow files and reports hardening gaps without changing files or handling secrets.
Reasonable to install for CI hardening review. Keep WORKFLOW_GLOB scoped to workflow files unless you intentionally want broader local reads, and enable FAIL_ON_CRITICAL only when you want the command to be able to fail a CI job.
