GitHub Actions Queue Latency Audit

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This is a local reporting skill for GitHub Actions queue delays, with no evidence of hidden network access, credential use, persistence, or destructive behavior.

Use this on a controlled folder of exported GitHub Actions run JSON. Avoid setting RUN_GLOB to broad private paths, review reports before publishing them because they can include internal repository and job URLs, and enable FAIL_ON_CRITICAL only when you intentionally want queue latency to fail a CI job.
