This skill locally analyzes exported GitHub Actions run JSON files and does not show hidden network, credential, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install this only if you want a local CI-health reporting helper. Keep RUN_GLOB pointed at GitHub Actions export JSON files, and enable FAIL_ON_CRITICAL only in jobs where you intentionally want critical audit results to fail the pipeline.
