This is a local GitHub Actions health-reporting skill that reads exported run JSON and does not show hidden network, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install it if you want a local analyzer for exported GitHub Actions run data. Keep RUN_GLOB limited to the intended files, especially for private repositories, because reports can include repo names, branches, SHAs, run IDs, and run URLs.
