This skill is a local CI reporting helper that analyzes exported GitHub Actions run JSON and shows no hidden network, credential, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install if you want a local helper for CI failure-streak reports. Keep RUN_GLOB scoped to the intended GitHub Actions export directory, and only run the example gh command with GitHub permissions appropriate for the repositories being audited.
