This skill is a local GitHub Actions reporting tool that reads workflow run JSON files and does not show hidden network access, credential use, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Install this only if you want a local CI/reporting helper for GitHub Actions run exports. Run it against the intended workflow JSON directory, and review FAIL_ON_CRITICAL before enabling it in CI because it is designed to fail the job when critical volatility is detected.
