This skill is a local CI-reporting helper that reads GitHub Actions run JSON files and prints commit health reports without hidden persistence, credential use, or network behavior.
Install with normal caution. Use RUN_GLOB only for the GitHub Actions JSON exports you intend to analyze, and enable FAIL_ON_CRITICAL only when you want CI to fail on critical commit-risk results.
