This is a documentation-only wrapper for a local skill scanner, with optional network and external-engine features disclosed as user-enabled.
Before installing, understand that this skill guides an agent to run a separate `skillscan` binary. Prefer building from source or verifying the release checksum, and only configure `--upload-url` or `--engine external` when you intentionally want report upload or delegation to another local tool.
