This is a local PDF conversion skill with ordinary setup and file-handling caveats, not evidence of hidden or malicious behavior.
Install only if you are comfortable adding the listed Python packages and poppler to your machine. Use a virtual environment where possible, run it only on PDFs you choose, avoid concurrent conversions, and verify output size yourself when a strict size limit matters.
