Markdown to HTML

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This is a local Markdown-to-HTML converter with a real safety caveat for untrusted Markdown, but no evidence of hidden behavior, data theft, persistence, or privilege misuse.

Install only if you want a simple local Markdown-to-HTML converter. Use it with Markdown you trust, and review or sanitize the generated HTML before publishing it, emailing it, or opening output created from someone else's Markdown.

Finding
The trigger phrases are generic enough to match many normal Markdown-help requests, which can cause the skill to activate when a user only wants formatting advice rather than file conversion. Over-broad activation increases the chance of unintended file handling or content transformation in contexts where the user did not explicitly request execution of this tool.
