Etsy Seller Coach
PassAudited by ClawScan on May 4, 2026.
Overview
This is an instruction-only Etsy coaching skill with no code or credential requirements, but users should be careful when sharing private shop data or acting on ad-spend/account advice.
This appears safe to install as an instruction-only coaching skill. Treat it as business advice: avoid sharing credentials or customer data, redact sensitive details where possible, and do not let an agent make real Etsy account changes, ad purchases, inventory purchases, IP filings, migrations, or shop-sale actions without your explicit approval.
Findings (2)
Artifact-based informational review of SKILL.md, metadata, install specs, static scan signals, and capability signals. ClawScan does not execute the skill or run runtime probes.
A user could disclose private shop performance, supplier, or account-risk information during coaching.
The skill asks for sensitive seller business metrics and account-health information. This fits the coaching purpose, and no credential or direct account access is requested.
**Numbers** — Listings live, monthly visits, conversion rate, average order value, monthly revenue, gross margin after Etsy fees and materials, Star Seller status? ... **Account health** — Any policy strikes, IP claims, cases against you in the last 12 months?
Share only the minimum needed, redact customer/order identifiers, and do not provide Etsy passwords, cookies, OAuth tokens, or recovery information.
If paired with account-management or payment tools, acting without review could change ads, promotions, listings, migrations, or business-sale decisions.
The skill covers decisions that could affect spending, public listings, marketplace strategy, or a shop sale. The artifact frames this as coaching and shows no automatic tool execution.
- Etsy Ads, Offsite Ads, sales/coupons, promoted listings ROAS ... Scale / exit (Shopify migration, wholesale, Faire, TikTok Shop, owned email list, Etsy shop sale via Flippa)
Use the skill for advice, but require explicit user approval before changing Etsy settings, publishing listings, running ads, buying inventory, migrating stores, or listing a shop for sale.
