This is a simple CARP helper skill that documents user-run curl commands to a user-configured local or LAN endpoint.
Install this only if you intend to use CARP. Set IF_URL only to a localhost or trusted LAN CARP interface, because request bodies, cookies, keys, and results may be sent there.
