This instruction-only skill is narrowly aimed at reading assignment PDFs in a specified local school folder to summarize deadlines.
This appears safe for its stated purpose. Before installing, confirm that /Users/billyshi/Desktop/Waterloo contains only course materials you are comfortable having the agent read, especially PDF files in course folders.

Go into those course folders and look for assignments instruction files, they are in pdf so look for PDF files ONLY. And read the content of those files
Install only if you are comfortable with the agent reading PDFs in that folder; keep unrelated private documents outside the targeted course folders.
