Timestamp

Security checks across malware telemetry and agentic risk

Overview

This skill transparently timestamps and verifies files with OpenTimestamps, with expected local proof files and no evidence of hidden or destructive behavior.

Install the OpenTimestamps client only from a trusted Python environment. Before using the auto-memory script, review its target list, especially USER.md, and remember that proof files can reveal file existence, timing, and grouping even though file contents are not uploaded by these scripts. Treat a timestamp as proof that bytes existed by a time, not proof that the content is true or safe.

This markdown skill description uses expansive activation language such as "Timestamp Anything" and then broadly describes timestamping "Your thoughts. Your code. Your promises." without defining clear trigger boundaries or exclusions. In a skill-discovery or routing context, that kind of open-ended phrasing can overlap with many ordinary user requests involving files or memory, increasing the risk of unintended invocation.
