This is a read-only Ethereum lookup skill that uses standard RPC and Etherscan queries without wallet access, signing, persistence, or hidden behavior.
Installers should understand that this skill can send address, transaction, contract, and timing queries to whichever RPC or Etherscan provider they configure. Use trusted providers, avoid pasting sensitive API keys into chat, and keep broad log queries narrow to avoid rate-limit or quota problems.
