This is a planning checklist for launching UPI payments and does not include code that moves money, installs software, or accesses systems by itself.
Treat this as operational guidance, not approval to launch payments. Before using it for production, verify current RBI, NPCI, and provider requirements, keep payment credentials only in a secret manager, avoid putting secrets or customer data in local notes, and review any referenced companion skills before invoking them.
