This is a small instruction-only AWS cost optimization skill with no evidence of hidden execution or unsafe behavior.
Install is reasonable if you want AWS data-transfer cost analysis. Provide only the billing, flow-log, and architecture data needed for the task, explicitly approve any shell use, and have an AWS networking owner review generated Terraform before applying it.
