This skill is a small local Python simulation that prints neural-decoder results and does not show data access, networking, persistence, or hidden behavior.
Reasonable to install if you want an educational BCI simulation. Be aware it depends on numpy even though no dependency file is included, so install that only from a trusted package source if your environment lacks it.
