This is a documentation-only skill for an admin portal project and does not install code, run commands, or collect secrets by itself.
Installing this skill is low risk as a guide. If you use it to build a real system, improve the documented security choices: use bcrypt or Argon2 instead of raw SHA256 for passwords, avoid long-lived tokens in localStorage, validate and limit uploads carefully, and keep S3 credentials scoped and private.
