This skill is a local PDF quotation extractor with normal file outputs and no evidence of hidden network, credential, persistence, or destructive behavior.
Use this only with PDFs you are comfortable processing locally, because it can write extracted text, images, tables, and Excel files to disk. Verify output paths, install the required Python PDF/image/spreadsheet libraries in a controlled environment, and check extracted results manually for catalog-layout errors.
