This skill reads GitHub Copilot billing usage through the GitHub CLI and stores only a small local plan setting for quota display.
Install only if you are comfortable using GitHub CLI authentication with billing-related Copilot scope. The skill appears to read and display Copilot usage data and save your selected plan locally; it does not appear to modify your GitHub account or send data anywhere other than GitHub.
