Approved Self Improvement

Captures learnings, errors, and corrections to enable continuous improvement with user-approved skill updates. Use when: (1) A command or operation fails unexpectedly, (2) User corrects Claude ('No, that's wrong...', 'Actually...'), (3) User requests a capability that doesn't exist, (4) An external API or tool fails, (5) Claude realizes its knowledge is outdated or incorrect, (6) A better approach is discovered for a recurring task, (7) User asks 'what skill improvements do you recommend?' or 'show me pending skill updates' or similar, (8) A skill failure matches an existing improvement proposal. Also review learnings and pending improvement proposals before major tasks. IMPORTANT: Never modify any skill without explicit user approval unless the user has authorized auto-update for that specific skill.
