## Product Relationship Analysis (6 checks)
- [ ] All products cataloged with price, category, and description
- [ ] Purchase sequence data reviewed (if available — 3+ months minimum)
- [ ] Each product classified by role (anchor, add-on, complement, upgrade, consumable)
- [ ] Co-purchase rates calculated or estimated for top pairings
- [ ] Replenishment timeline estimated for all consumable products
- [ ] Bundle candidates identified (2–3 natural groupings per catalog)

## Upsell/Cross-sell Logic (7 checks)
- [ ] Cross-sell price is 15–35% of anchor product price
- [ ] No more than 2 cross-sells shown at any single touchpoint
- [ ] Post-purchase upsell is a different product than the cart cross-sell
- [ ] Bundle discount is 10–20% (not lower, not higher than 25%)
- [ ] Replenishment email timing matches product depletion cycle
- [ ] Every essential add-on (required accessory) is cross-sold at cart
- [ ] Upgrade path (upsell) is shown before checkout, not after

## Placement Coverage (5 checks)
- [ ] Product page: upsell + "frequently bought together" set up
- [ ] Cart: 1–2 cross-sell add-ons visible
- [ ] Checkout: one-click bundle or add-on offer present
- [ ] Thank-you page: post-purchase offer (different from cart cross-sell)
- [ ] Day 1 + Day 7 + Replenishment emails drafted

## Copy Quality (5 checks)
- [ ] Each recommendation has a benefit-led copy line (not just product name)
- [ ] Bundle framing uses outcome language ("Complete [result] kit")
- [ ] Post-purchase copy acknowledges they already bought (no "you might like" cold language)
- [ ] Replenishment email subject line creates soft urgency without pressure
- [ ] Creator content brief provides natural (non-salesy) mention angles

## Technical Setup (5 checks)
- [ ] Cross-sell apps / plugins configured in platform (Shopify: ReConvert, CartHook; WooCommerce: YITH)
- [ ] "Frequently bought together" data-driven or manually curated and live
- [ ] Post-purchase email sequence active in email platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.)
- [ ] Bundle landing pages created and tested on mobile
- [ ] Subscribe & Save option live for consumable products (if applicable)
