# Funding And Team Signals

Use this file when the user wants each industry scan to include the most valuable financing or the most important teams to watch.

## Goal

Do not collect financing news mechanically.

Only surface funding events or teams that help answer one of these questions:
- Where is capital concentrating now?
- Which companies are becoming stronger competitors, partners, or acquisition targets?
- Which teams are setting new customer expectations?
- Which startups or scale-ups make the old solution narrative feel stale?

## High-Value Financing Rule

Promote a financing when several of these are true:
- the company operates directly in the target industry
- the round was announced within the observation window
- the company already has product or customer traction, not just an idea
- the round changes market attention, hiring capacity, go-to-market speed, or infrastructure capacity
- the investors are strategic or high-signal for the sector
- the use of funds points to commercialization, expansion, platform buildout, or supply expansion

Do not rank by amount alone.

Small or mid-sized rounds can still be high value if they unlock:
- a new category leader
- a strategic regional expansion
- a new deployment model
- a new infrastructure layer
- an important compliance or enterprise distribution capability

## Notable Team Rule

Use `重点团队` to mean the company or team the reader should track now.

Promote a team when several of these are true:
- it launched an important product or platform in the window
- it won a strategic customer, channel, or ecosystem partner
- it is setting a new benchmark for pricing, deployment, or capability
- it is attracting strong capital, talent, or developer ecosystem momentum
- it is likely to affect customer evaluation criteria or competitor positioning

Teams can include:
- startups
- scale-ups
- major incumbents
- open-source project teams
- platform providers

## Search Hints

Add one or more of these keywords to industry searches:
- financing
- funding
- raised
- series A
- series B
- strategic investment
- investor
- backed by
- seed
- growth round
- team to watch
- startup
- company launch

When relevant, search in both Chinese and English.

## Output Rule

For each industry, add:

### 重点融资
- Company
- Date
- Round or amount when available
- Why this round matters for market direction

### 重点团队
- Team or company name
- What happened in the window
- Why this team now deserves attention

If multiple candidates exist, prefer the one with the strongest commercial implication.
If no credible candidate exists, write `近60天未发现足够高价值的融资信号` or `近60天未发现明显新增的重点团队信号`.
