- `sms:received` — Incoming SMS
- `sms:delivered` — Delivery confirmation
- `system:ping` — Health ping

## States
- `Pending` — Queued for sending
- `Sent` — Sent to carrier
- `Delivered` — Confirmed delivery
- `Failed` — Failed to send
