# Khrzhanovska's Practical Runic System

**Source:** Алла Алиция Хшановска, «Мистерия Рун» (Mystery of Runes), 2nd ed., Moscow: Doctor Gaspar, 2008. Originally published in Polish, 2003. Translated by I.V. Bulygin.

**Overview:** Khrzhanovska, a Polish tarologist and runologist trained by E. Kolesov, presents a comprehensive practical system combining divination, magic, healing, and ritual. Her approach is distinctive for its systematic rune-health correspondences, proven runescript formulas with case studies, a complete initiation ritual framework, and a unique four-deity aettir patron system. The book weaves all knowledge through a narrative of a Norse tribe's migration guided by runes.

## 1. Four Deity Patrons of the Aettir

Khrzhanovska assigns a presiding deity to each aett (group of 8 runes), plus Odin as patron of the Wyrd rune. This creates a clear ritual invocation structure: each aett's runes share a divine patron who is called upon when working with any rune from that group.

| Aett | Patron Deity | Runes |
|------|-------------|-------|
| First Aett | **Freyr** — god of fertility, prosperity, sunshine | Fehu, Uruz, Thurisaz, Ansuz, Raido, Kenaz, Gebo, Wunjo |
| Second Aett | **Hag (Hagalla)** — goddess of rain, intuition, patron of witches and priestesses | Hagalaz, Nauthiz, Isa, Jera, Eihwaz, Perthro, Algiz, Sowilo |
| Third Aett | **Tyr** — god of battle, justice, self-sacrifice | Tiwaz, Berkano, Ehwaz, Mannaz, Laguz, Ingwaz, Dagaz, Othala |
| Beyond Aettir | **Odin** — supreme god, patron of runes as a whole | Wyrd (empty rune) |

**Hagalla (Hag)** is a unique figure in Khrzhanovska's system: described as a female spirit with raven wings, patroness of rain. According to folklore, she carries small stones in her apron and scatters them to cause rain. If she taps her wings on a window, someone in that house will soon die. She is patroness of witches and priestesses, sending them prophetic inspiration and awakening intuition in ordinary people. She can also send prophetic dreams.

**Ritual application:** When performing magic with any rune, invoke the patron deity of that rune's aett. For general runic work, invoke Odin.

## 2. Rune-Element Correspondences (Khrzhanovska's System)

Each rune is born from a specific element with mythological justification. Unlike other correspondence systems that assign dual elements, Khrzhanovska gives each rune a single primary element with a narrative origin story.

| Rune | Element | Origin Story |
|------|---------|-------------|
| Fehu | **Fire** | Born from fire; melted the primordial ice to create arable land |
| Uruz | **Earth** | Born from the earth where wild beasts roamed; force of Mother Nature |
| Thurisaz | **Air** | Born from the air when Thor hurled lightning to Earth |
| Ansuz | **Water** | Born from water, giving inspiration to artists; created by Odin's Song |
| Raido | **Fire** | Second fire rune; born from sparks when Thor's chariot wheels struck the ground |
| Kenaz | **Fire** | Third fire rune; warm, protective fire — different from Fehu's primal fire |
| Gebo | **Water** | Water of love and emotional exchange; dedicated to Freya |
| Wunjo | **Air** | Air of triumph and joy; favors bold and decisive undertakings |
| Hagalaz | **Water** | Water of intuition and prophetic vision; dedicated to goddess Hag |
| Nauthiz | **Earth** | Earth of necessity and hidden protection; dedicated to Magni |
| Isa | **Water** | Water in its frozen form; ice of the primordial Ymir |
| Jera | **Earth** | Earth of abundance and harvest; governs the world of humans |
| Eihwaz | **Air** | Air of quest and perseverance; dedicated to Ullr |
| Perthro | **Water** | Water of mystery and destiny |
| Algiz | **Air** | Air of protection and divine connection |
| Sowilo | **Fire** | Fire of the sun; vital energy and victory |
| Tiwaz | **Air** | Air of justice and self-sacrifice |
| Berkano | **Earth** | Earth of growth and nurturing |
| Ehwaz | **Air** | Air of movement and partnership; dedicated to Freyr |
| Mannaz | **Air** | Air of self-knowledge and optimism |
| Laguz | **Water** | Water of the inner voice; dedicated to Frigg |
| Ingwaz | **Earth** | Earth of rest and regeneration; dedicated to Ing/Freyr |
| Othala | **Earth** | Earth of ancestral heritage and security |
| Dagaz | **Fire** | Fire of transformation and breakthrough |

**Elemental distribution:** Fire (5), Earth (6), Air (7), Water (6). Notably, the first two runes of the first aett are Fire + Earth, reflecting the creation myth where fire melted ice (Earth was under ice).

## 3. Rune-Color Correspondences (Khrzhanovska's System)

Khrzhanovska assigns a specific color to each rune, used in magical practice — painting runes in the corresponding color amplifies their effect.

| Rune | Color |
|------|-------|
| Fehu | Red |
| Uruz | Burgundy |
| Thurisaz | Bronze or Brown |
| Ansuz | Yellow |
| Raido | Purple |
| Kenaz | Orange |
| Gebo | Pink |
| Wunjo | Amaranth (red with violet hue) |
| Hagalaz | Black |
| Nauthiz | Gray |
| Isa | Silver |
| Jera | Bright Green |
| Eihwaz | Blue |
| Perthro | (not specified in text) |
| Algiz | (not specified in text) |
| Sowilo | (not specified in text) |
| Tiwaz | (not specified in text) |
| Berkano | (not specified in text) |
| Ehwaz | (not specified in text) |
| Mannaz | Ash (pepél) |
| Laguz | Lettuce green or any water shade |
| Ingwaz | Lilac |
| Othala | Dark Blue |
| Dagaz | White |
| Wyrd | No corresponding color |

**Practical note:** When coloring runes for magical work, Khrzhanovska recommends using the rune's specific color for maximum effect. However, for general rune sets, she notes that modern runologists prefer blue (sacred to Odin) or green (sacred to Freya). Black paint or natural uncolored runes are also acceptable. Red paint or blood was used in antiquity to symbolize life force, but she explicitly warns against using blood — "you can fly into spaces from which it is not easy to return."

## 4. Rune-Number Correspondences

Each rune has two associated numbers — a primary and secondary number. The system is not fully explained in the text, but the numbers appear to encode both position-based and numerological values.

| Rune | Numbers |

| Fehu | 16, 6 |
| Uruz | 31, 3 |
| Thurisaz | 21, 5 |
| Ansuz | 12, 4 |

## 5. Rune-Letter Correspondences (Russian Alphabet)

Khrzhanovska provides a complete mapping of Russian Cyrillic letters to Elder Futhark runes. This is essential for writing names in runes, which she considers one of the strongest protective practices.

**Critical principle:** "A rune works as a SOUND!" — the mapping is phonetic, not visual.

| Rune | Letter(s) |
|------|-----------|
| Fehu | Ф |
| Uruz | У, Ю |
| Thurisaz | Д |
| Ansuz | А |
| Raido | Р |
| Kenaz | К |
| Gebo | Г |
| Wunjo | В |
| Hagalaz | Х |
| Nauthiz | Н |
| Isa | И, Й |
| Jera | Я |
| Eihwaz | Е, Ё, Э |
| Perthro | П |
| Algiz | З, Ж |
| Sowilo | С, З (alternative) |
| Tiwaz | Т |
| Berkano | Б |
| Ehwaz | Ь (soft sign) |
| Mannaz | М |
| Laguz | Л |
| Ingwaz | Ц, Ч |
| Othala | О |
| Dagaz | Ш, Щ |

**Unmapped Russian letters:** Ы, Ъ (hard sign), Ю (partially via Uruz), Я (via Jera). The author does not provide runes for all Cyrillic letters, so some names may require creative phonetic approximation.

## 7. Runic Magic Category System

Khrzhanovska classifies all 24 runes into 7 functional categories for magical work. Some runes appear in multiple categories. This classification is used for selecting appropriate runes when constructing runescripts and talismans.

### Protection Runes
Hagalaz, Nauthiz, Algiz, Laguz, Othala

### Health Runes
Uruz, Wunjo, Isa, Sowilo, Ingwaz

### Success Runes
Thurisaz, Ansuz, Wunjo, Perthro, Tiwaz, Berkano

### Wealth Runes
Fehu, Kenaz, Wunjo, Jera, Berkano, Othala

### Love Runes
Gebo, Perthro, Mannaz, Laguz, Dagaz

### Travel Runes
Raido, Eihwaz, Tiwaz, Ehwaz

### Personal Development Runes
Thurisaz, Ansuz, Nauthiz, Isa, Eihwaz, Perthro, Sowilo, Berkano, Mannaz

**Notable multi-category runes:**
- **Wunjo** appears in 3 categories (Health, Success, Wealth) — the most versatile positive rune
- **Perthro** appears in 2 categories (Success, Love + Personal Development)
- **Berkano** appears in 3 categories (Success, Wealth, Personal Development)

## 8. Portal Signs Ritual System

Khrzhanovska's system uses four "Portal Signs" (Знаки Портала) to open and close sacred space before any runic ritual. Each sign corresponds to a cardinal direction, an element, a deity, and a symbolic form.

### The Four Portal Signs

| Direction | Sign Name | Element | Deity (Norse) | Deity (Christian) | Spirit (Natural) |
|-----------|-----------|---------|---------------|-------------------|------------------|
| **East** | Gates (Ворота) | Earth | Odin | Father | Elves |
| **South** | Chalice (Чаша) | Water | Freya | Son | Undines |
| **West** | Cross (Крест) | Air | Baldr | Holy Spirit | Sylphs |
| **North** | Dragon Horn (Рог Дракона) | Fire | Frigg | Holy Mother | Dryads |

### Opening Space Procedure

1. Face **East** — draw the Gates sign → say: "In the name of Odin..."
2. Turn **clockwise** to **South** — draw the Chalice sign → say: "...and Freya..."
3. Turn to **West** — draw the Cross sign → say: "...and Baldr..."
4. Turn to **North** — draw the Dragon Horn sign → say: "...and Frigg."
5. Face East again and end with "Amen" or silent gratitude.

**All lines are drawn left-to-right and bottom-to-top.**

### Closing Space Procedure

After completing all magical work, close the space in **reverse order**:

1. Face **North** — draw the Dragon Horn → say: "In the name of Frigg..."
2. Turn **counterclockwise** to **West** — draw the Cross → say: "...and Baldr..."
3. Turn to **South** — draw the Chalice → say: "...and Freya..."
4. Turn to **East** — draw the Gates → say: "...and Odin."

**Critical warning:** Never leave space open after a ritual. An unclosed channel to the subtle world allows "uninvited guests" to enter your life.

### Alternative Invocations

- **Christian adaptation:** "In the name of the Father — and the Son — and the Holy Spirit — and the Holy Mother of God"
- **Natural magic:** "In the name of the Elves — and the Undines — and the Sylphs — and the Dryads"

---

## 9. Rune Initiation Ritual (Complete Procedure)

### Three Mandatory Rules

**Rule 1:** Initiation must occur in a space cleansed of negative influences, or ideally outdoors in nature. Best results during full moon or new moon. Other significant dates (birthday, important anniversary) are also acceptable.

**Rule 2:** The person performing initiation must be in good physical and mental health. They must not have experienced negative emotions, severe stress, arguments, or tension for at least 2-3 days prior, so the Moon can change zodiac signs. If such states occurred, a cleansing ritual must be performed first.

**Rule 3:** All necessary attributes must be prepared before beginning.

### Required Attributes

| Attribute | Purpose | Notes |
|-----------|---------|-------|
| **Runes** | The objects being initiated | Natural materials only |
| **Linen pouch** | Storage for runes | Natural fabric (linen best, wool acceptable, cotton debatable, silk not traditional) |
| **Candle** | Focus for concentration | Natural beeswax preferred. **NEVER use black candles** — they summon forces that may possess you |
| **Incense/Censer** | Cleansing and consecrating space | Native coniferous scents (juniper, pine) most effective |
| **Bell** | Entering alpha state + repelling harmful entities | Rung in pattern: 3 rings — pause — 5 rings — pause — 3 rings (corresponds to the ancient Kabbalistic spell "Abracadabra") |
| **Magic Sword (or wand)** | Drawing Portal Signs | Wooden handle can be held bare; metal handle must be held with white glove. Hazel wand cut during full moon (October-January) is an excellent substitute |

### Ritual Sequence

1. **Invocation** — Address the Cosmos/God/Absolute/Higher Power in your own words, declaring your intention and readiness
2. **Configuration (Opening Space)** — Draw Portal Signs (see Section 8 above) to protect from unwanted influences and stabilize the ritual field
3. **Work with the Object** — Address the runes and the forces governing them, requesting help. Precisely formulate the task: what you want the runes to do. End with full faith and gratitude that the request will be fulfilled
4. **Apply visible or invisible symbols** if needed (e.g., drawing runes on the object)
5. **Strengthen the applied symbols** (e.g., by tracing them in the air with incense smoke)
6. **Close Space** — Draw Portal Signs in reverse order (see Section 8)

### The "Small Ritual"

When time or conditions don't permit the full procedure, a simplified version is acceptable:
- Recite a mantra, prayer, or spell
- Or directly address Odin or Freya
- A talisman can even be drawn on a piece of paper, and a request made mentally

**The full ritual is always more effective, but the small ritual still produces results.**

### Error Correction

If runes are drawn incorrectly:
- Cross them out with an "X" mark and redraw correctly
- If on a permanent surface (wood, paper, stone), burn the item or "return it to Nature"

## 10. Runescript Number Theory

When constructing runescripts (runic inscriptions for magical purposes), the number of runes used carries its own significance. This meta-meaning layer should be considered when designing formulas.

| Number of Runes | Meaning |
|----------------|---------|
| **1** | The name, meaning, or force of a single rune |
| **2** | Dependence, a closed circle — **not used in positive magic** |
| **3** | Movement, action, journey |
| **4** | Material affairs, professional matters |
| **5** | Healing, success, joy |
| **6** | Family, children, close ones |
| **7** | Love magic |
| **8** | Personal development, karma, completion |
| **9** | Fullness, abundance |

**Additional construction rules:**
- Traditionally, runescripts consist of an **odd number** of runes, though exceptions exist
- Best combinations are from **3 or 5 runes**
- Complex combinations risk "diluting" the intention across too many runes
- Maximum recommended is **9 runes**; never exceed this
- **The first rune** = beginning of the desired action
- **The last rune** = conclusion of the desired action
- **The central rune** = the main request or the person for whom the runescript is made
- If a request contains multiple wishes, work with each one separately

---

## 11. Proven Runescripts with Case Studies

Khrzhanovska provides runescript formulas validated through personal practice and client cases. Each was tested and confirmed effective.

### Money Protection (Case: Maria)
**Formula:** Algiz — Fehu — Algiz — Isa

Maria chronically lost money or was robbed. After initiating multiple copies of this runescript and placing them in her purse, pockets, and where she stored valuables, she went 4+ years without losing a single coin or being robbed.

### Menstrual Pain Relief (Case: Elzbieta)
**Formula:** Laguz — Uruz — Ingwaz — Laguz

Drawn in **green ink** on the lower abdomen before and during menstruation. After 3+ years of use, all pain eliminated. First month already showed improvement.

### Good Employees (Case: Stefan)
**Formula:** Fehu — Berkano — Kenaz — Mannaz

Embroidered on the breast pockets of company uniforms. A business owner who constantly had problems with workers (dishonest, sick, leaving) saw immediate improvement and retention.

### Marital Harmony (Case: Maria and Adam)
**Home talisman:** Gebo — Othala — Ingwaz — Algiz — Ansuz (placed in the house)
**Wife's personal talisman:** Mannaz — Gebo — Sowilo
**Husband's personal talisman:** Laguz — Gebo — Sowilo

A couple on the verge of divorce after 2 years of marriage. After 2 years with the talismans, quarrels became significantly rarer and mutual understanding improved.

### Vehicle/Transport Protection (Case: Petr)
**Formula:** Algiz — Raido — Nauthiz — Othala

A transport firm owner suffering continuous accidents, vandalism, theft, and fraud involving his vehicles. After placing this talisman in all vehicles, all incidents stopped completely.

### Protection from Irrational Fears (Case: Katarina)
**Formula:** Othala — Sowilo — Ingwaz — Dagaz — Algiz

A person suffering from growing irrational fears (afraid to be alone, unable to make decisions, constant anxiety with no visible cause). After receiving this talisman, all fears resolved.

### Workplace Protection (Case: Alicja — the author herself)
**Formula:** Algiz — Sowilo — Thurisaz — Wunjo

Placed visibly in the author's consultation room after some clients came with malicious intent affecting her and her family. Result was immediate — negative visitors stopped causing harm.

### General-Purpose Runescripts

The book also provides these formulas (specific rune sequences not fully visible in extraction but categorized by purpose):

- **Attracting clients** — with optional additional rune by business type (Hagalaz for esoteric work, Ansuz for education, etc.)
- **Weight loss** — includes personal name written in runes at the marked position
- **Attracting love** — includes personal name in runes
- **Harmony in existing partnership**
- **Debt recovery** — includes personal name in runes
- **Finding well-paid work**
- **Success in studies**
- **Quick profitable sale** of something
- **Inspiration and enthusiasm**

## 12. Divination Spread Layouts

Ten complete spread systems with positional meanings.

### 1. One Rune (Louise Peschel)
Draw one rune from the bag and interpret it. Use when you need specific advice or additional information about an unknown situation. Ask: "What should I know about my life right now?" Also useful as a daily morning draw. Can also verify whether conditions are right for a reading session.

### 2. Three Runes (Ralph Blum)
Lay three runes face-down, right to left.

**Standard interpretation:**
- Position 1 (right) — Express analysis of the current situation
- Position 2 (center) — Advice on how to act or understand the situation
- Position 3 (left) — What will happen if the advice is followed

**Advanced interpretation (for experienced practitioners):**
- Position 1 (right) — State and content of your Higher Self recently
- Position 2 (center) — The challenge, test, or experience you must now undergo
- Position 3 (left) — Result achievable if you successfully pass the test

### 3. Runic Cross (7 positions — Health Analysis)
A health-specific spread with 7 positions:

1. Hereditary factors, predisposition to illness
2. Influence of psyche on health
3. External factors, environmental influences
4. Hidden underlying cause of suspected illness
5. Current state
6. Development of the illness or its slowing
7. Final outcome

### 4. Twelve Houses
Classical astrological house system applied to runes. 12 positions + 1 central. Lay runes in circle, triangle, or square.

Typically 2 runes per position with the 25th (Wyrd) in the center as final result. Or 1 rune per house + 13th as summary.

| House | Domain |
|-------|--------|
| 1 | Personality, individual traits, business affairs |
| 2 | Money |
| 3 | Relatives, neighbors, pets, short trips |
| 4 | Home, parents |
| 5 | Children, pleasures, entertainment |
| 6 | Workplace, health problems |
| 7 | Partnership relations |
| 8 | Sex, physical death (others), health problems (own), occult knowledge, inheritance |
| 9 | Long journeys, religion, spiritual work |
| 10 | Career, professional affairs |
| 11 | Plans, dreams, friends |
| 12 | Secret connections, spiritual death, health problems, occult knowledge |

Remaining runes from the bag can be used for "commentary" on unclear positions.

### 5. Seven Runes (Hajo Banzhaf — "Gypsy Spread")
Simple and readable, suited for straightforward people or uncomplicated situations.

1. Your "I" (self)
2. Who/what loves you
3. Who/what destroys you
4. Who/what teaches you
5. Who/what torments you
6. What awaits you
7. What you cannot avoid

### 6. Partner Spread (E. Kolesov)

- **Right side** = Female row
- **Left side** = Male row

Runes 1-2 (bottom): Physical level (body)
Runes 3-4 (middle): Astral level (soul)
Runes 5-6 (top): Mental level (spirit)

Read bottom-to-top: body → soul → spirit for each partner.

### 7. "Station for Two" (Hajo Banzhaf)
When both partners are present. Each draws 3 runes and lays them in parallel.

For each partner's row:
- Rune 1 — What this partner thinks about the other
- Rune 2 — This partner's opinion of themselves
- Rune 3 — What this partner thinks about their connection / how they envision the relationship

### 8. Financial Resources (8 positions)
For analyzing current and future financial situation, and determining correct professional/material direction.

1. Querent's attitude toward money
2. Querent's attitude toward work

4. What financial investments the querent can make
5. What the querent must "invest" on an emotional level
6. Where the querent can expect support from
7. Possible difficulties and problems
8. Results and opportunities arising from actions taken

### 9. Karmic Spread (Ralph Blum)
Dedicated to Ingwaz — the layout forms Ingwaz's shape. 9 runes in 3 rows of 3.

- **Top row** (1-2-3): Previous (or possible) incarnation
- **Middle row** (4-5-6): Current incarnation
- **Bottom row** (7-8-9): Future

Within each row:

## 14. Rune-Making from Five Natural Media

True shamans believe runes live only in "five natural media" — the only materials on which runes should be depicted:

1. **Fire** — runes drawn in flame or with flame
2. **Water** (including snow and ice) — runes traced on water's surface or carved in ice
3. **Earth** — runes drawn on soil or in sand
4. **Wood** — runes carved, burned, or painted on wooden discs
5. **Bone** (some sources: **metal**) — runes incised on bone, antler, or cast in metal

**Air-drawn runes** (drawn in the air without a permanent surface) are accepted in modern practice, but their effect is short-lived — from several hours to several days.

### Tree Correspondences for Rune and Talisman Making

When making runes or talismans on wood, the species matters. Each tree carries its own natural energy that amplifies specific purposes.

| Tree | Magical Qualities |
|------|------------------|
| Birch | Protection, fertility, new beginnings |
| Black Elder | Healing, protection, development |
| Elm | Protection |
| Oak | Healing and development |
| Willow | Healing, recovery, protection, love |
| Cedar | Success |
| Maple | Love |
| Wild Rose (Dog Rose) | Protection, love |
| Hazel | Healing, protection, fertility |
| Aspen | Protection |
| Rowan | Protection, restoration of strength |
| Pine | Healing, development, abundance, fertility |
| Yew | Protection |
| Apple | Love, fertility, abundance |
| Ash | Protection |

**Traditional preference:** Birch was the most commonly used wood for rune sets. Other species were selected based on the specific need, utilizing the tree's natural energy.

### Paint and Coloring

- **Blue paint** — sacred to Odin, preferred by modern runologists
- **Green paint** — sacred to Freya, also widely preferred
- **Black paint** — acceptable for general use
- **Red paint** — used in antiquity to symbolize blood/life force
- **Blood** — used in ancient times but **explicitly warned against** by Khrzhanovska
- **Natural/unpainted** — leaving carved runes in their natural state is also acceptable
- **Inlay/incrustation** — carved grooves can be decorated with inlay

## 15. Day-of-Week and Lunar Phase Correspondences for Runic Magic

### Day-of-Week System

| Day | Presiding Deity | Best Magic For |
|-----|----------------|---------------|
| **Sunday** | Baldr | Family affairs, health |
| **Monday** | Freya | Love magic, divination, predictions |
| **Tuesday** | Tyr | Protection, success |
| **Wednesday** | Odin | Healing, wisdom, acquiring knowledge and information |
| **Thursday** | Thor | Wealth, development in all senses, victory in battle |
| **Friday** | Frigg | Love, fertility, abundance |
| **Saturday** | Norns | Only rituals praying for change of bad Fate |

### Lunar Phase System

| Phase | Best Magic |
|-------|-----------|
| **New Moon** | Beginning new things (work, relationships, business). Cleansing from psychoenergetic attacks on spaces and people. Fertility in all senses. **All magical actions should be started at this time.** |
| **Waxing Moon** (new to full) | "Growth" in all senses — material and spiritual: love, business, healing. Development and success. If affairs are going badly, magical work now can turn things around. |
| **Full Moon** | Success magic. Improving material situation and family relationships (especially parent-child). Talismans and inscriptions made now have special protective power. If a situation is exceptionally bad, perform a preventive ritual now. |
| **Waning Moon** (full to new) | Protection from negative influences in all life spheres. Eliminating illness, bad habits, problems, debts, character flaws. |

**Timing precision:** The influence of new and full moons extends for **3 days before and 3 days after** the exact astronomical moment.

### Solar Zodiac Correspondences for Ritual Timing

- **Sun in Fire signs** (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) → favors rituals of beginning, health, and success
- **Sun in Water signs** (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) → favors love rituals, family, fertility, and abundance
- **Sun in Air signs** (Libra, Aquarius, Gemini) → favors science, intellect, human relations, and travel rituals
- **Sun in Earth signs** (Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo) → favors money, wealth, abundance, work rituals
- **Sun is more significant when the practitioner is male**
- **Magic is stronger when the Sun is in your own zodiac sign**
- **NEVER conduct rituals during a solar eclipse**

## 16. Runic Name Writing for Protection

One of the strongest and safest methods of protection against psychoenergetic aggression (evil eye, witchcraft, hexes, even curses) is writing your own name in the runic alphabet.

**Procedure:**
1. Practice writing your name in runes on paper several times
2. When proficient, write it on a permanent medium (wood, stone)
3. Burn the practice copies
4. Place the final version in a safe, secret location
5. This written name will protect you and support your personal development

**Extension:** The same method can protect anything important — write the name of your company, bank, car brand, or profession in runes. The runic transcription protects and more fully satisfies needs related to the inscribed word.
