# Necessity Product Review Pain-Point Classification Framework

Used to turn user reviews into **actionable pain labels** for selection and improvement. Keeps output consistent and executable.

## 1. Pain types (common for necessity/utility)

## 2. Principles when summarizing

- **Prefer "verb + result"**: e.g. "won’t cut," "doesn’t fit," "loosens after a few uses" over "bad quality," "okay."
- **Merge similar**: One label per type of complaint so you don’t end up with too many to act on.
- **Separate "fixable" vs "category-wide"**: Fixable = new SKU/supplier/instructions; category-wide = set expectations or avoid that claim.

## 3. Output template (pain summary table)

Format each pain for selection/improvement meetings:
