## The 5 Cadences

### Daily Cadence

**Purpose:** Tactical execution and immediate course correction

**Review:**
- Priority task completion status
- Yesterday's outcomes and learnings
- Today's ONE needle-moving action
- Blocking issues requiring attention

**Metrics to track:**
- Tasks completed vs planned
- Active department work status
- Critical incidents or blockers
- Quick wins or losses

**Output:**
- Daily status update (50-100 words)
- One priority action for tomorrow
- Any alerts requiring escalation

**Frequency:** End of business day

### Weekly Cadence

**Purpose:** Weekly pulse and weekly-level course correction

**Review:**
- Weekly goals vs actuals
- Department performance by KPI
- New insights or learnings
- Bottleneck identification and resolution

**Metrics to track:**
- Traffic by source (Attract)
- Conversion rate (Convert)
- New customer count (Convert)
- Onboarding completion (Retain)
- Churn rate (Retain)
- Feature adoption (Ascend)
- Cash position (Finance)

- Weekly summary report (300-500 words)
