# LightRAG API Reference

The LightRAG server provides a REST API for indexing and querying.

## Main Endpoints

### Query

Modes: `local`, `global`, `hybrid`, `naive`, `mix`.

### Document Upload
`POST /documents/upload` (Multipart/form-data)

## Authentication
If configured, use the `X-API-Key` header.
