## Collection triggers

| Trigger | Timing | Use when |

| Post-delivery email | 7–14 days | Customer has had time to use product (electronics); one main ask |
| Thank-you page | Right after purchase | Soft ask: "Leave a review once you've tried it" with link |
| Post-purchase SMS | 10–14 days | If SMS is primary; keep message short with link |

Prefer one primary touch (e.g. email at 14 days) and one optional reminder. Do not ask before the customer has used the product.

## Display priorities

1. **PDP — above or near specs**: Star rating, count, 1–2 full reviews or video; link to all reviews. For high-ticket, proof above the fold reduces hesitation.
2. **PDP — trust line near CTA**: "4.8 from 200+ reviews" or "92% would recommend."
3. **Post-purchase**: Thank-you page + follow-up email with review CTA.
4. **Homepage / landing**: Testimonials or "As seen in" / expert quotes; optional video UGC strip.
5. **Collection**: Aggregate rating or "Top rated" badge.

## Copy patterns (EN)

- **Review request (email)**: "You've had a couple of weeks with your [Product]. How's it going? Leave a quick review — it helps other buyers decide." [Optional: "We'll add 50 points as a thank-you."]
- **PDP trust line**: "Rated 4.8 by 200+ buyers. See what they say about [key benefit]."
- **CTA for review**: "Leave a review" / "Share your experience."
- **Badge**: "Top rated" / "92% would recommend."
