SCQA is a structured problem analysis and solution framework composed of four elements:
- **S - Situation**: Describe the current state or background
- **C - Complication**: Identify the problem or challenge
- **Q - Question**: What is the core question?
- **A - Answer**: Solution or insight

## Application Method

- What is the gap between the current state and expectations?

### 3. Clarify the Question (Q)
- How can the core question be expressed in a single sentence?
- What are the key variables of the question?
- Who are the stakeholders?

### 4. Derive the Answer (A)
