## Spec validation templates

**Measurement-based (suit/shirt)**

## QC checklist

- 2–3 key measurements spot-checked against spec.
- Embroidery text, font, color, placement verified.
- Fabric and lining correct.
- Seams, hems, buttons, zippers — no visible defects.
- Correct order packed with care card and inserts.

Fail → route back to responsible stage with fix note; do not ship.

## Communication copy patterns (EN)

**Order confirmation**
- "Your custom [product] is confirmed. We'll start crafting it shortly — estimated delivery: [date range]."

**Spec confirmation (high-value)**
- "Here's a summary of your specs: [list]. Please confirm within 24 hours."

**Production update**
- "Your [product] has entered [stage]. We're on track."

**Shipped**
- "Your custom piece is on its way! Track here: [link]."

**Delay**
- "We've hit a small delay at [stage]. New estimate: [date]. We're sorry and keeping a close eye on it."
